Kundalini is your life force energy, the untapped potential resting at the base of your spine. It can awaken through practices like yoga and breathwork, psychedelic journeys, spontaneous activation (e.g., birth), or energetic transmission (Shaktipat).

Karlijn received initiation through Bud Barber in 2016 (Melbourne) and has facilitated Shaktipat in Koh Phangan, Amsterdam, Berlin & Vienna.

It is advisable to calculate a bit more travel time, to find a parking spot (it can be busy since it’s free of charge) and arrive on time easily.

▽ PRACTICALITIES

– We advice you to buy your ticket in time while we have max 50 available seats and expect to sell out.
– Wear comfortable preferable white coloured clothes in layers, as body temperature may fluctuate.
– Optional: We will be sitting mostly. We have yoga mats and meditation cushions for you available. Feel free to bring extra materials to make yourself more comfortable or cosy.
– Optional: Bring an offering for the altar (flowers, sweets, crystals, or a personal object for blessing).
– Optional: Light fasting before the event can deepen the experience.
