Time to earth, ground and rest in the womb!
When we feel centered in the womb there is a clear sense of belonging, of landing safely into our physical body. We feel our roots into the ground.
From this place we can receive, from our partners to the creation of life all the way to energetic vibrations of our ancestors.
To be aware that this oh-so sensitive part of our bodies can be susceptible to receive trauma. In this Shakti Circle there is space everything. For your deep experience, for the absence of your connection with your womb and for everything in between. Connecting to the holding of the womb brings centeredness, peacean movement from a place of stability.
NEW MOON SHAKTI CIRCLES
Every New Moon we will gather in a small women’s group. Max 15 Shakti’s can enter the temple. You can experience some of the most impactful, nourishing, deep, orgasmic and connecting goddess practices. From forgiveness rituals to conscious touch, womb healing, breast massage to heart-opening meditations and more…

PRACTICALITIES
– The workshops are for human beings that have female genitalia or identify as a woman
– No experience with breath, yoga or spirituality is required. An open or curious mind and heart might come in handy 😉
– Wear comfortable clothes to move in
– Bring a meditation cushion if you’d like
