In Shiva Shakti Meditation we pull the polarities within ourselves and between each other apart, to feel the energetic vibration as we bring them into union. We can embody a stronger Masculine / Feminine (Shiva or Shakti) essence within ourselves and our partnerships, learning how to feel/ surrender more of create more direction, sexual flow and presence.
The meditation is a traditional Tantric practise using forgiveness practise, ritual, breath, sound and movement.

– Exercises are done in fixed partnerships. You will work with your partner predominantly
– Bring your partner, beloved or simply best friend or family member to work with
– No experience with Tantra, yoga, meditation or conscious relating required
– NO NUDITY or genital touch

Curious Couples is a journey into the art of rising in love and sublimating sexual energy.
What is stopping you right now from feeling in love, ecstatic, orgasmic and nourishing content with this moment? We will invite ourselves to embrace a big YES to life and our potential to feel love and pleasure (YAM!)
We work with core Tantric themes such as
❤ ‘acceptance with gratitude (of myself and others)
❤ ‘relaxation into the present moment’ (nowhere to run, nothing to achieve)
❤ ‘honesty’ (love is a byproduct of the truth)
❤ ‘surrendering’ (relax, nothing is under control)
❤ ‘sublimation’ (doing the dishes can be ecstatic)!

The workshop is suitable for singles, couples, all genders, sexual preferences and liking (you will love this!), multi orgasmic beings, a-sexual beings and for people that are completely new to all of this.

▽ ABOUT NADAV OR
Nadav Or was born in Israel (1972), and lived there, fully engaged in western way of living, with a Law & Business degree, and experience of 10 years in teaching, founding and running a private mathematics school.
He had his ‘awakening’ in Sinai desert (Egypt) in 2009. Since then he created various meditations, retreats and courses, to support people in their own awakening, including Free my mind (2011), Free my heart (2011), Free my soul (2014), and the quantum leap freedom program (2017).
